Terms of Use
Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of My UK Theory Test 2026 (the “App”), developed by Aliaksandr Polautsau (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, in addition to these Terms.

What the App is
The App is educational practice material for the UK car theory test (DVSA and DVA): practice questions, mock tests and study tools.
The App is not an official government app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the DVSA, the DVA, the DVLA or any other government body.
The practice questions are our own, written from The Highway Code and Know Your Traffic Signs; they are not the official DVSA revision questions. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Passing practice tests does not guarantee that you will pass the official exam. The official sources and the official exam are always authoritative.
Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or extract the App's content (questions, explanations, artwork), and you may not reverse-engineer the App except where the law expressly allows it.
Content and updates
The question bank and its updates are downloaded over the internet from Google Firebase. We may correct, update or remove content at any time to keep it accurate. An internet connection may be needed to download content and updates.
Purchases and subscriptions
The App can be downloaded for free. Full access is unlocked by an in-app purchase: an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time purchase, as offered in the App. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Where a free trial or introductory offer is available, its duration and price are shown before you confirm. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Offer codes are subject to Apple's terms.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds directly.
Invite a friend
If the App offers the Invite a friend programme, you may receive rewards in the form of App Store offer codes when a friend you invited installs the App with your code and completes the practice activity required in the App. Rewards have no cash value, are redeemed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. We may change or end the programme, and we may withhold rewards obtained through abuse, such as fake or repeated installations.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, as practice material. We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, but rules change and errors can happen; we do not guarantee that the content is complete or error-free, or that the App will be uninterrupted. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the App, including failing an exam or relying on out-of-date information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or affects your mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The Highway Code and Know Your Traffic Signs are Crown copyright and are used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. All other content of the App (questions, explanations, translations, design and software) is our own and is protected by copyright.
Privacy
How the App handles data — including Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase and Invite a friend — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes
These Terms may be updated. Any significant change will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
