Open banking
Led the requirements for an Open API that lets banks offer third-party services inside their own digital banking — the contract partners and internal teams build against.
Senior Business & Systems Analyst · Product Owner
I turn complex business needs into requirements engineering teams can build from without guessing — APIs, integrations and product backlogs in fintech, telecom and e-commerce. Most recently at T‑Systems and EPAM.

About
Most expensive mistakes in software start as a misunderstanding. My job is to find them before a line of code is written.
I sit between the business and engineering. I run discovery and refinement, model processes in BPMN and UML, write user stories, use cases and API specifications, and keep every change traceable back to the reason it was requested — so product owners, architects, developers and QA are all working from the same picture.
I have done this in large enterprise programmes and for an early-stage startup. Outside the day job I own nine iOS apps end to end, which keeps me honest about the other side: prioritising a backlog, making trade-offs and living with them in production.
Led the requirements for an Open API that lets banks offer third-party services inside their own digital banking — the contract partners and internal teams build against.
Mapped how an undocumented payments system and internal portal really worked, then helped redesign their APIs so the team could change them safely.
Requirements across web and mobile for a large platform, including non-functional requirements and end-to-end test cases spanning CRM, ERP and CMS.
Shaped the first release of a startup: product vision, technical requirements and the scope of phase one.
What I do
Stakeholder interviews and workshops, refinement sessions, user stories and use cases, SRS and vision & scope documents, and change requests managed with full traceability.
API specifications in Swagger, BFF and microservice documentation, cross-system impact analysis, non-functional requirements, and data platform work with SQL.
Product and sprint backlogs, estimation and prioritisation, risk management, and stepping in as Scrum Master when the team needs one.
Experience
Seven years of analysis and product work — currently at T‑Systems Iberia, previously EPAM Systems.
March 2024 — Present
Business Analyst / Solution Designer
T‑Systems Iberia
Turn business requests into technical designs for a scrum team working on API and data platform services: clarify the need, design the solution with system architects, align dependencies with partner teams, and dig into production issues when they come up.
May 2021 — December 2023
Senior Business / Systems Analyst, Product Owner
EPAM Systems
Product Owner and senior analyst for web and mobile teams. Ran refinement, owned the product and sprint backlogs, set up the team’s business analysis process, wrote API, BFF and microservice specifications, and covered the Scrum Master role.
August 2020 — April 2021
Business Analyst
Maxbitsolution
Documented an existing payments system and internal portal as-is, then helped modernise their API architecture. Produced vision & scope, SRS, use cases and UI prototypes for iOS, Android and web.
November 2018 — August 2020
Business Analyst / Product Owner
Assistent Technologies
Gathered and prioritised requirements with stakeholders, prototyped iOS, Android and web interfaces in Figma and Axure, and designed the API structure and database together with the developers.
Side projects
The same skills, applied to my own products. I define, prioritise and ship these apps end to end — driving theory for five countries, a habit tracker, a meditation app and a flag quiz.
2,750+ official DGT questions with a bilingual English↔Spanish mode, an interactive category-B manual and home screen widgets.
The permit test in your own state’s format for all 50 states and DC: 1,400 questions, 620 MUTCD road signs and a supervised driving log, all offline.
A habit tracker with 50+ templates, 50+ achievements and Apple Watch support, syncing through your own iCloud and nowhere else.
