Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the My Meditations iOS application ("App") developed by Aliaksandr Polautsau ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock premium features. The following applies to all subscription plans:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period upon cancellation.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice.

4. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it begins upon subscription confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Only one free trial is permitted per Apple ID per subscription product.

5. Apple Health Integration

The App can optionally write mindful session data to the Apple Health app on your device. This integration requires your explicit permission and can be enabled or disabled at any time in the App's Settings. All Health data remains within Apple's framework and is never transmitted to us.

6. iCloud Sync

Premium subscribers may enable iCloud Sync to synchronise progress data across their personal devices via their Apple ID. This feature uses Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

7. User Content and Conduct

The App is intended for personal mindfulness and meditation purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to guided meditations, sleep stories, audio, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
