By downloading, installing, or using the My Habits application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
My Habits is a habit tracking application designed to help you build and maintain positive habits. The App provides:
- Habit creation and tracking
- Progress statistics and analytics
- Reminders and notifications
- Achievement system
- Apple Watch synchronization
- Cloud backup (Premium feature)
3. Account and Registration
Some features of the App may require you to create an account using Apple Sign In or other authentication methods. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Premium Subscription
My Habits offers premium features through:
- Monthly Subscription — Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
- Lifetime Purchase — One-time payment for permanent access
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
