利用規約 Terms of Use
同意Acceptance
本利用規約は、Aliaksandr Polautsau（以下「当方」）が開発する My Japan Test（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード、インストールまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
本規約に加えて、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）も適用されます。
These Terms of Use govern your use of My Japan Test (the “App”), developed by Aliaksandr Polautsau (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, in addition to these Terms.

本アプリについてWhat the App is
本アプリは日本の運転免許の学科試験のための学習用の練習教材で、練習問題、模擬試験、学習ツールを提供します。
本アプリは公式の行政アプリではありません。警察庁、都道府県警察その他の行政機関とは関係がなく、その承認も受けていません。
問題はすべて独自に作成したもので、「交通の方法に関する教則」に基づいています。実際の試験問題ではありません。
模擬試験に合格しても、本番の試験に合格することを保証するものではありません。常に公式の資料と本番の試験が優先します。
The App is educational practice material for the Japanese driving licence written test: practice questions, mock tests and study tools.
The App is not an official government app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Police Agency, prefectural police or any other government body.
The questions are our own, based on the official Rules of the Road (交通の方法に関する教則); they are not real test questions.
Passing practice tests does not guarantee that you will pass the official exam. The official sources and the official exam are always authoritative.
使用許諾Licence
当方は、お客様が所有または管理する Apple 製デバイス上で、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・限定的・非独占的・譲渡不能かつ取消可能なライセンスを付与します。本アプリのコンテンツ（問題、解説、イラスト）を複製、販売、再配布または抽出すること、および法律で明示的に認められる場合を除きリバースエンジニアリングを行うことはできません。
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or extract the App's content (questions, explanations, artwork), and you may not reverse-engineer the App except where the law expressly allows it.
コンテンツと更新Content and updates
問題データとその更新は、インターネット経由で Google Firebase からダウンロードされます。正確さを保つため、当方はいつでもコンテンツを修正、更新または削除することがあります。コンテンツと更新のダウンロードにはインターネット接続が必要な場合があります。
The question bank and its updates are downloaded over the internet from Google Firebase. We may correct, update or remove content at any time to keep it accurate. An internet connection may be needed to download content and updates.
購入とサブスクリプションPurchases and subscriptions
本アプリは無料でダウンロードできます。すべての機能は、アプリ内で提供される自動更新サブスクリプションまたは買い切りのアプリ内課金で利用できるようになります。価格は購入確定前にアプリ内で現地通貨で表示されます。
- 代金は購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動的に更新されます。更新料金は期間終了前の24時間以内に請求されます。
- サブスクリプションの管理・解約は Apple ID のアカウント設定から行えます。アプリを削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されません。
- 無料トライアルや導入価格のオファーがある場合は、その期間と価格が購入確定前に表示されます。無料トライアル期間中にサブスクリプションを購入すると、トライアルの未使用分は失効します。オファーコードには Apple の規約が適用されます。
- 購入は Apple が処理し、返金は Apple のポリシーに従い Apple が対応します（reportaproblem.apple.com）。当方が直接返金することはできません。
The App can be downloaded for free. Full access is unlocked by an in-app purchase: an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time purchase, as offered in the App. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Where a free trial or introductory offer is available, its duration and price are shown before you confirm. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Offer codes are subject to Apple's terms.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds directly.
友だち招待Invite a friend
本アプリで「友だち招待」プログラムが提供されている場合、招待した友だちがお客様のコードで本アプリをインストールし、アプリ内で求められる練習を完了すると、App Store のオファーコードの形で特典を受け取れることがあります。特典に換金性はなく、Apple を通じて利用され、Apple の規約が適用されます。当方はプログラムを変更または終了することがあり、虚偽または重複したインストールなどの不正により得られた特典を付与しないことがあります。
If the App offers the Invite a friend programme, you may receive rewards in the form of App Store offer codes when a friend you invited installs the App with your code and completes the practice activity required in the App. Rewards have no cash value, are redeemed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. We may change or end the programme, and we may withhold rewards obtained through abuse, such as fake or repeated installations.
免責Disclaimer
本アプリは練習教材として「現状のまま」かつ「提供可能な範囲で」提供されます。当方はコンテンツを正確かつ最新に保つよう努めますが、規則は変わり、誤りが生じることもあります。コンテンツが完全で誤りがないこと、本アプリが中断なく動作することは保証しません。誤りを見つけた場合はお知らせください。
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, as practice material. We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, but rules change and errors can happen; we do not guarantee that the content is complete or error-free, or that the App will be uninterrupted. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
責任の制限Limitation of liability
法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、当方は、本アプリの利用から生じる間接的、付随的または結果的な損害（試験に不合格となったことや古い情報に依拠したことを含みます）について責任を負いません。本規約のいかなる規定も、法律上制限できない責任を制限するものではなく、消費者としての強行法上の権利に影響を与えるものでもありません。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the App, including failing an exam or relying on out-of-date information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or affects your mandatory consumer rights.
知的財産Intellectual property
本アプリの独自コンテンツ（問題、解説、翻訳、デザイン、ソフトウェア）は当方に帰属し、著作権法により保護されています。
The App's original content (questions, explanations, translations, design and software) is our own and is protected by copyright.
プライバシーPrivacy
Google Firebase、Google Analytics for Firebase、「友だち招待」を含む本アプリのデータの取扱いについては、本規約の一部を構成するプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
How the App handles data — including Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase and Invite a friend — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
改定Changes
本規約は改定されることがあります。重要な変更は、新しい日付とともに本ページに掲載します。変更後も本アプリを利用し続けた場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms may be updated. Any significant change will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
