アカウント登録やサインインはありません。次のデータはお客様の端末にのみ保存されます。

• 学習の進捗と統計
• 模擬試験・練習の履歴
• 設定

進捗を表示するため、これらのデータの一部は App Group を通じて本アプリのウィジェットおよび Apple Watch アプリと共有されます。これらのデータはお客様のデバイス内にとどまり、当方に送信されることはありません（「友だち招待」の項に記載するカウンターを除きます）。アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます。

There is no account and no sign-in. The app keeps the following only on your device:

• Your study progress and statistics
• Your test and practice history
• Your settings

To show your progress, part of this data is shared with the app's own home-screen widget and Apple Watch app through an App Group. This data stays on your devices and is not sent to us, except the counters described under “Invite a friend”. Deleting the app removes it.

本アプリは Google Analytics for Firebase を使用しており、次の情報が収集されます。

• アプリの利用イベント（機能の使われ方）
• アプリインスタンス ID
• 端末の機種、OS のバージョン、アプリのバージョン
• おおよその国・地域

これらの情報は、製品の分析とアプリの安定性向上のためにのみ使用します。広告や広告目的のトラッキングには使用せず、広告識別子（IDFA）とも紐づけず、販売することもありません。Google は当方の委託先としてこれを処理します。

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, which collects:

• app usage events (how the app's features are used)
• an app-instance identifier
• device model, operating-system version and app version
• approximate country

We use this information only for product analytics and to keep the app stable. It is not used for advertising or ad tracking, it is not linked to the advertising identifier (IDFA), and it is never sold. Google processes it as our service provider.

当方のアプリの一部では「友だち招待」プログラムを提供しています。My Japan Test でこの機能が提供されており、お客様が利用する場合：

• アプリはランダムなインストール ID を生成します。
• 当方のサーバー（本アプリの Firebase プロジェクト内の Google Cloud Functions および Cloud Firestore）は、特典を付与するために、お客様の招待コード、使用されたコード、招待された友だちの練習完了回数と学習日数を保存します。
• 特典は、サーバーが割り当てる App Store のオファーコードです。

氏名、連絡先、メッセージは収集しません。招待は、お客様が選んだアプリやサービスを使って iOS の共有シートから送信されます。

Some of our apps offer an “Invite a friend” programme. If My Japan Test offers it and you use it:

• the app creates a random installation identifier;
• our server (Google Cloud Functions and Cloud Firestore in the app's Firebase project) stores your invite code, which code was used and — for the invited friend — the number of completed practice sessions and active days, so that rewards can be granted;
• rewards are App Store offer codes assigned by the server.

We do not collect names, contacts or messages. Invitations are shared through the iOS share sheet, with the app or service you choose.

お住まいの地域の法令（例：EU・英国の GDPR、日本の個人情報保護法）により、ご自身の個人データの開示・訂正・削除や利用停止を求める権利、監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利がある場合があります。

• 端末上のデータはお客様が管理できます。アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます。
• アカウントがないため、分析データはお客様の氏名と結びついていません。分析データや「友だち招待」のデータに関するご請求は、当方までご連絡ください（招待プログラムについては招待コードを添えてください）。
• サブスクリプションの管理・解約は Apple ID の設定から行えます。

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

• Data on your device is under your control: deleting the app removes it.
• Because there is no account, analytics data is not tied to your name. For requests about it, or about Invite a friend data, write to us (for the programme, include your invite code).
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
