Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Flagly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Flagly offers the following premium options:

• Weekly Subscription: €0.99/week with automatic renewal
• Lifetime Purchase: €4.99 one-time payment for permanent access

Subscription Terms:

1. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
2. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
3. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
4. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
5. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their refund policies.

We cannot process refunds directly as all payment processing is handled by Apple.

User Conduct

When using Flagly, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Flagly or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Flag images used in the App are representations of national symbols and are used for educational purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide accurate information about world flags and countries, but we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the educational content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
